You can send SMS text messages to Kinship to add text notes and media without opening Kinship app.
To setup the "Text to Kinship" feature, do the following steps:
- Tap your kin icon on the right-upper corner to open "My Account" menu.
- Under the "Power Features" section, tap <Text to Kinship>.
- Tap to toggle to turn it on.
- You'll be redirected to iOS native text app to send a verification message to identify your number. Send the text message.
- You'll receive back a text message confirming you've verified your phone number.
- From now on, you'll have your own Kinship number. Every time you send an SMS text to it, a text note will automatically create an unassigned note in your Stash.
TIP: After you turn it on, tap <Add Kinship contact> to easily access it from your iPhone address book.
